Due to a major hardware failure at the Datacenter, the server box5.mercumaya.net and associated services are currently undergoing an unscheduled downtime. Our System Admin Team is relentlessly in contact with the Datacenter and is actively working on replacing hardware and restoring data.
This unscheduled downtime is expected to finish around 2:00 PM on 21 March 2009. We are doing everything we can to bring the system up as soon as possible.
